My disk doesn't work properly

when I bought it in June, the disk only worked after opening and closing my cddrive a lot of times.

Now I want to re-install the game and disk doesn't work entirely

How can this be fixed?

I can't unzip the patch, I get a "this archive is corrupt" error

can someone just upload the exe please?
