Equipment should have a slight impact on skills from what I've seen with database editor (Table STA_equipment_delta_charac). There is a -0.35 / +0.35 skill bonus for frames and wheels (- 0.35 is for 0 star rated equipment and +0.35 is for 6 stars rated one) and a -0.15 / +0.15 skill bonus for helme...

In the previous versions there have been no impact on whether you bought the equiptment or not

Is it still that the equiptment you buy have no influence on how your riders perform?

If that is the case why is there shown price money on winning sprints/mountain sprints and for finishing places at the end if we do not see the money
