Did you select the error report button ? Maybe there are some problems with the files integrity. Try to check it by a right click on PCM 2014 -> properties --> local files tab --> check the integrity cache (i'm not sure about terms used in english by Steam) I´ve selected the Error Report Button yes...

What should i do?
