Patch fix Wishes for Tour De France 2012

Here i have some things i want to be patched.

1. When i attack all riders are setting them there self to "Carte blance" even after i have set them to Defend a rider, and then i try to give him the order again, he say he allready do it.

2. When example Control Andy Shleck in of section and simulate till next section and choose another rider to control - Andy Shleck is suddenly taking relay in stead of be in group.

3 Would be nice to see how much energy a rider has while you ride , as you can while it simulate.

4. Fix The random Lookups.

5. When i want to play a single stage i dont want it to automatisk overwrite my tour savegame in autosave - i lost a tour because of this in after 16th stage

6. if i say someone should take relay they should take relay and not just ride next to me ..
