Played PS4 version for 3 days but ... [Bugs]

I am oneof the lucky ones who allready got this game because im review it for my site

But i have a few bugs allready to get fixed soon

Michael Rogers ISNT on Saxo Tinkoff, that means this is a old Database.

When you are close to a sprint og mountain sprint, it doesnt show how many kms left so its actually hard to make a good attack - if you go for one of these goals.

When you use the "Whel" which i must say works much better now thatn in 2013 version, i dont have the choice to make a sprint train, i can only just make people take a relay thats not optimal.

also its a great think you have make "Group Communication" now - but there must be a way like in PCM to make it correct order, so E1 example hare moving together on the wheel by pressing d-pad or something, also there should be quick button to eat food, because at this time if i want everyone to get food before the next food zone i need to select all riders in group, go in to one of them and choice feeds, it would be much easier if i could selet them all and just press Triangle as it is for the rider you control.

But overall this game is much better, but still i miss the online part you put in the 2012 mode, even though this mode was sucky, but a online mode to do coop games in stead of split screen

I got a bit worried when I saw the thread title, but nothing too serious thankfully. Fingers crossed it's all ok. Can never be sure if a patch is coming with a console release :(

They allready release a day 1 patch , but this patch only fix some standings issue.

Really? I don't get why they have removed the sprint/mountain indicator from the game. Makes no sense at all. Can you ask the team boss about this?

Also how is the Pro Tour Mode?
Are you riding the same 21 stages all the time? Or are there some other stages also?

I actually dont think they have remove it with distance to sprint i just think its a bug - because in the in-game manual it actually show it

But sometimes it isnt showing time gaps on the HUD only on the quick access for overall virtual ranking

I am playing on XBOX 360 and I wasn't sure what you were referring to at first. Across the top of the screen is distance left in stage, wind strength and direction, time to yellow jersey and distance to peak/sprint etc. It was there for a few stages, but then for a later stage, the distance to peak/sprint had disappeared?? I can't recall which stage it was though. You do get a prompt to save at 3km and there are also the 1km to go banners at the side of the road so it's not too bad

I just experienced this too yesterday. It's pretty annoying indeed. Especially when the riders lose energy way quicker in TDF14 than in TDF13, so your attacks must be planned better. How can you do this when you can't figure out how far you are from the top? No the "reconnaissance" is not a solution. This is a shame when we know that Cyanide is not interested in patching TDF games for consoles. There are several major bugs that we will unfortunately have to live with, i am afraid. :|

the energy in tour 2014 is very best than 2013, is most dificul is very best, in 2013 is very easy win all :( :( the 2014 is most realist, tour 2011 ans 2012 have very best i.a and dificult, dificult and administrate energy is = realist

in tour 2013 you can win the tour witch cancellara, gilbert,dambrasky,tepstra,sagan... :shock: :shock: :( :( , the tour 2013 is bad tour ever.....

Intermediate sprints are much better now with sprinters in the peleton much more interested in the points left after the breakaway, I had been complaining about this for the last couple of years.

I did, however, recreate a related problem in last stage in Paris. Playing as Sagan (who admittedly is pretty powerful), I set off the Intermediate points, before the other sprinters really got going,winning them easily and then switched to another rider. The game assumed that Sagan was breaking away and built a gap. As soon as the gap started to come down I switched back to Sagan and put it in high gear all the way to the line, and maintained a 1 min gap. That should not be possible.

If you want to retain the realism it is important that you let the peleton get back together after an intermediate sprint before changing rider or simulating.
