Yes, splitscreen co-op is available in these modes :
-Tour (in which you can play Tour 2016/Dauphiné/Critérium International/Tour 2015/Circuit des Grimpeurs/Triptyque Tour)
-MyTour (in which you choose the stages you want to play from a list of 62 stages)
-Pro Team (in which you manage a fictive team)

Versus mode is available in these modes :
-Tour
-MyTour
-Challenges
