Lorsqu'on ne reussit pas d'objectif, le jeu nous propose de baisser la difficulté... Mais je ne trouve pas comment l'augmenter quelques saisons plus tard, est-ce possible ?

Le jeu ne propose qu'une fois de changer de difficulté je pense.

I've been turning down the option to lower the difficulty, but after my 3rd season failure, I wasn't given the option, but have been given access to better riders for the next season. Not sure why this has happened?

Also find this quite confusion , because it say one goal at the "Mission Top 10" .. but when you look at the Rider at the "Transfer" screen it say Top 20 in Tour De France ..

I think you need to either update that on the Mission Goal or in the Transfer Link -

But look at the video from that point and 10 minutes ahead.

This is a translation mistake. Correct sentence in the transfer screen is "Finish in Top 10 of TDF". So there is no bug in the transfer sytem but a sentence that is not correct.
