Co-op simulation bug

Sometimes when we exit simulation in co-op mode the simulation doesn't actually stop. This means that you control your riders speed with R2 yet with the speed as if you're still in simulation, which makes it impossible to control your rider.

One possibly theory of ours as to why this happens and how to avoid it, is that both players have to release the L2 button before pressing circle to exit simulation. If one of us keeps L2 pressed as we exit then this could trigger the bug.
