the agent trophy question

so in protour i unlocked al 9 sponsers but i dident get the agent trophy is that normal ? or do you unlock a 10 sponser ? or is it just glitched ?

i had to win the tour to unlock a 10the hidden sponser not easy if you don't know anything about things that are hidden
