Jan Ullrich will never be in TDF. We don't have the authorization (it is the same case with L.Armstrong).

What about "The bull from Grimstad" Thor Hushovd? Wouldnt hurt to have a Legend from Scandinavia?

Thought you got around the authorization issue by using similar names. Perhaps we can see "Janus Ullrikus" in the TDF?
