I won't go out the devblog script but I can answer questions that won't have any answer in the devblog.
Concerning the interface, the video posted on the devblog has been shooted with the definitive interface, meaning that beats per minute is not displayed anymore.
About the green bar, it is still there. You can't see it on the video because yellow and green bars overlap. This is due to the fact that now, the max level of yellow is set by the max level of green. In other words, yellow level can't be higher than green level.
About your wonderings on the arcade style of the game, we try to make the game more accessible, to put more fun so that everybody can play the game but we don't want to make it easier. For example, we add what we call "hit the wall". If your rider completely unfills his yellow energy, he will be slowed down for some time. As a result, he will lose a lot of time. So you have to manage more carefully the effort than before (it was possible to continue on quite good pace and to not really take care of the energy).
To add more fun, we also change the progressive decrease of the power when attacking. Before, when attacking, the power of your rider was decreasing according to the amount of red energy. The less energy, the less powerful the attack was. Now, your rider always make full power attacks, providing better feelings, but since the AI riders do the same, it does not mean that the game is easier.
