Not in my game he is gold and samuel Sanchez is Gold and i have patch 1.01 .. only diffrence is he is 80 i mountain before he was 81

My guess is they do not want to spend 40.000$ on releasing a patch for the 360 users, as the game is properly not really selling anymore.

Or maybe there isnt the same bugs in Xbox version .. i know from PCMdaily there is one of the "official fan sites" of PCM series have been confirmed that patch is confirmed to Both Xbox and PS3 also because it make the DLC work proberly .. but again the DLC is also 2 weeks delayed until now. And no Trophies many users wont even bother buy it especially those who allready Platinum the game or all the Achievements in it. Because many of those have allready traded it in. I have seen ALOT or pre.owned TDF2012 in Blockbuster in denmark. And Cycling is kinda of Big here in Denmark
