Bug national team

i have a problem that i wanted to simulate till a raceday and the message that i have to nominate riders for the national team showed of. the message came in on 31.8 but the simulation stopped on 1.9. and now i can not nomminate anione cause the drivers list is empty. but i can not continue cause i have to nominate some riders. i do not know what to do without loosing my career. please help if you can!
