Hey. I'm a new manager, and just buy for 800 silver money. But the riders i buy, not came to my team?! I really don't understand this, and it's pissing me off

Is there anybody who can tell me what i have to do?!

So long time an no admin have give a answer?

Are you sure you are in the good lobby when you look your team ?

Example :

If I buy a Road Cyclist and if I am in the "Road Lobby" I can see the card in my team.
But if I am in "Track Lobby" I can't see the card in my team because I can only see Track Cyclist.

I have now try to open 2 new accounts. And the problem is STILL the same. I cannot buy new riders for my team. I loose my coins, but no one is joining my team ONLINE.

What can i DO?!

Hi n1ezyje,
Have you already contacted the support team ?

Another thing, have you looked at your track riders ? Your cards should be there
Road riders are only visible in stage and stage race modes and track riders are only visible in track mode.

I Buy my riders to my team on an road. Not in a arena (trackriders it's calling?) When i try multiplayer game, i see another managers, who got nice riders.

I go to the shop, and buy silver card, open the cards (view face, name and skills), and close window. Then i go to team view, and nothing is happend. I look all pages, but can not find any of the riders i just buy.

I mean you've bought track card decks and receive track riders which are not available in stage and stage race game mode (only in track game mode). Read card decks description before purchase anything.
In the shop (in one game mode or another) you have two type of card deck : road and track decks (both have bronze, silver and gold)
You have probably been attracted by track card deck because they are cheaper (only 3 riders in it).
