GT startlist problems

Is the new patch (1.0.3.0) preventing me from letting more than 22 teams participate in GT's?
I'm playing with a custom db (single races/tours, no career).
24 teams with 8 riders each.
I haven't had this problem before, and it's still working fine for all other races except for the GT's.
And yes, I've edited the STA_UCI_class so that more teams can participate and made startlists, but it doesn't work anymore.
