Reinstall problem - Extension Download

I bought PCM 14 on the official site with the Extension Download. And now I have a new computer and wants to re-download the game but when I push download in the email link it just comes: ''Sorry! Your download period has expired (it is now more than 21 days from order day).'' So whats then the point in the extra 3,29€ extension Download?...
