R&D equipment testing stuck

I picked major improvement to a frame and some wheels at the beginning of the season, and it just keeps postponing the end-date. Nothing happens and it's impairing the performance of the team.

And yes, I have all the patches and done several reinstalls lately. It's simply a non-fixed issue.

I suppose this will not be looked into?

It doesn't only happen with major improvement. The R&D works for one or two cycles and then it freezes and keeps postponing the finishing date.

I have the same problem, the R&D finishing date is ever postponed.
But have you tried to begin a career with all the patch installed ? (it could be a retroactive issue).
