Player Key was not found

I bought PCM 2014 online and I activated it and it asked me about the player key so I put the Serial number. Then, I went to open multiplayer it told me "Player Key wasn't found" I had only 3 Keys ( Serial Number, Hardware Code, Activation Key) What should I put in the player key to play Armada.
