PROTECT AND ANOTHER TRICKS TO SOLVE

Message29 Juil 2015, 12:30

Dear Cyande Studio Team,
Thank you very much for your work, every year PCM is improving. I appreciate very much your work.

I want to expose a little things to fix in my lowly opinion.
When you put a cyclist to protect the leader is for the leader be more confortable in the race and not waste much energy. But if you put to protect in a Mountain stage a rider to the leader, and you put the effort bar of the leader to 80. The domestique one will lead the group or even sometimes you is like a attack. This years seems that the other riders notice that this group are attack (in PCM14 the groups the group was not aware of this, therefore you was able to leave the group). But the workmate and of course the leader waste lower bar than if they are leading the group or are attacking.
Please see a examples in this videos from internet.

Another cheat in my opinion is the difference between the attack or contra-attack. If you are near of the attack, is true in real the rider spends less energy than the attacker. But mostly in montain if you need close a hollow, you should waste the same energy than the attacker because you does not be close of the wheel of the another rider and no one protect you of the wind.
The last thing that I want to expose is the massive attack that is very unreal thing if you attack with 5 riders in fact should be easiest for the other riders go ahead if attack many riders than is only one or two.

Thank you very much in advance for your time. I will try in the future with feedback to try to help to improve PCM. I hope this information is clear and helpful for you.

Thanks a lot for your biggest work.

Dave
