[PCM 2015] MY MUSIC AND CUSTOM PIC

I want to know if i possible heard my music in 3d Stage and menus of PCM 2015. I saw there are the following folders inside Sound Folder :
-My mp3
-Menu
- Another one, I do not sure if the name folder is 3d or race or something that.
But,I put songs there and can not heard my music inside the game .
What Should I do ?
is possible skip the sound tracks in the menu or in 3d race ?
On the other hand . Is possible change the default photo of the cyclist in Procyclist Mode.
Can I upload a photo of me Instead of default pic ?
