PCM2010 Monument Bruges not generate

With Stage Editor Bruges and Compiégne are present in context menu of Monument, but the graphical object is not generate !
These files are missing from the folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\Cyanide\Pro Cycling Manager - Saison 2010\3D\Landscapes\Monuments"
