Serial Number Problem

I just purchased PCM11 via download from the PCM website. I downloaded the four files and placed them in a seperate folder. Everything was going fine all files appeared to load. I am able to see the main game menu and open the manual tab, but when I select PLAY I am asked for a serial number. My down load sent me an e-mail with 2 activation codes but contained no serial number.

I know I must be missing something? Can anybody tell me where I get my serial number from?

or can you provide me with a way to contact Cynaide support?

This must be a simple answer or every downloader would be having the same issue as I am.

Any help will be most appreciated.
