Haven't recieved my serial/activation code?

I have just bought the game thru you're online shop on the homepage
when i completed the order it said that i would recieve a activation/serial on my e-mail adress i used in the process

well been 1½ hour now, and haven't recieved any serial/activation code or even a confirmation on my order....

so what should i do?

And no, it aren't in my spam folder either....

Hmm now i can se the money have been taken from my acount...
but i still haven't got any serial/activation key?

and the mail ya gave up, they aren't responding....
can't be truth you have to wait more than 10 days, to get a support ticket/mail answered....

im pretty much feeling like im being ripped of, just because i love the game...

well i hope so to... ortherwise i can't see why i should keep supporting this game...

when i buy it and can't play it, because of a incompetent crew managining the payments and delivering the activation key online

At me money from a card has been written off. Files for downloading have been sent me. Then to me come the letter on additional check which I have answered and has sent all necessary data. But I can't download till now a file (.exe). I wait for the prompt permission of a situation

what do i do if i have formated my computer, lost my serial and the access to download the game?
