Pro Cycling Manager

Hello,

I've just bought the game and I tried to play a multiplayer game but I found those problems:

If I create a online game I can not select the team and I can not start the game.
If I'm invited to a game this game doesn't not connect in Spanish "esperando conexión..." and after that moves to the multiplayer screen where I can find all the games.
If I tried to connect to a game same message!

It doesn't seem to be a port problem because I use a cable-modem
