Shirts, logos and transferts won't work at v.1.0.3.0

I started a carrier with my own team after patch 1.0.2.5, whit self made shirts, tranferts and logos, placed in the c00 files. At first, it worked fine, but after installing patch 1.0.3.0, the shirt was changed in a red/white cyanide jersey (see picture below) and the transferts and logos turned into pink squares. It does not interrupt the gameplay, but it spoils the fun of the carrier. With newly started carriers, it does work.
Does anyone know a solution to this? I tried allready to deinstall the game an reinstall it (with patch 1.0.2.5 again), but that doesn't work. I checked whether the right shirts were linked to the database, and that was the case.
This is the shirt which is now shown, which can't be found in one of the C.. files.
