Hi to all. I'm one of the administrator of the Portuguese community PCM-Portugal, and we've collected some suggestions, which we will post in some topics, according to each game part, to avoid a large number of "one line suggestions".
We have the following suggestion regarding the teams part, in career mode:
- Improve the way we plan the season and the riders training plans, according to the team and sponsors objectives. Inclusion of season planner ingame.
- Bigger interaction between the riders and staff in the player team, as well as in AI teams. Riders asking to participate in certain races, depending on personal objectives. Existence of rivalries between certain riders and teams (e.g.: Lampre fighting with Liquigas for the title of best italian team during a season, and that fact having a outcome on how the sponsor feels about the results)
- Possibility of dividing the riders into groups (sprinters, climbers, time-trialers), and selecting each group for a race (e.g.: in a flat race we just selected the sprinters group and all of them would participate in that race).
- Creation of under-23 teams. The goal would be to sign young riders, and make them participate in the bigger U23 races. A rider could be kept in the team until he is 23, and then he would be signed for the main team, or released. The monthly wage for these riders could be between 500-1000€, so that it wouldn't hurt the team budget.
- Inclusion of track races in career mode, with the possibility to create a track team (in the same way as the U23 team), allowing for such riders to be switched between the main team and the track team.
- More infomation about the teams: past achievements, foundation, real staff name, ranking position in the previous year, bigger wins, etc.
