PCM-Portugal community suggestions - staff

Hi to all. I'm one of the administrator of the Portuguese community PCM-Portugal, and we've collected some suggestions, which we will post in some topics, according to each game part, to avoid a large number of "one line suggestions".

We have the following suggestion regarding the staff part, in career mode:

- Inclusion of staff according to reality, or the option to start without it, allowing the player to sign staff according to its preferences and the team budget. It is not logical for a staff member of mythical status to be responsible for most of the team expenses.

- New staff added:
masseur - responsible for the recovery of riders between stages and races.
mechanic - responsible for the number of mechanical problems. The better the mechanics, less problems would arise. It could also affect the time needed for a mechanical problem in race to be solved.
fitness coach - responsible for the riders form, and the way they reach the form peaks. The better the coaches the smaller the probability of a rider failing its peak.
team director or manager - helps in the team management during the season and the races.
