I have a few suggestions for the 2012 version of PCM.
First of all, I think it's been long enough for the work on the visual aspects of the game. I would like to see some gameplay changes next year.
For example, it would be really nice if the Pro teams would also have their continental teams for the training of young riders. In 2011, only a number of these teams were included (lets take Livestrong-Trek as an example), but not all! Yet, they become more and more important in the real world, so they should also be in the game. Add to that the fact that it would only make sense to add them if you can control both your Pro and your Continental team, and swap riders between them. There's no sense in adding the teams, but not the management part of it. But please DO include them next year!
Also, I think it would be a great idea if the amount of race days a rider can handle before his race fitness starts to decrease is variable. Take the sprinters, or an attacking rider. They can normally cope with much more race days than only 60 in a year and still be in great form. It should depend on the rider, but also on how he raced his races. Just riding along in the peloton, in some tour as a preparation for a bigger goal, costs less physicial power so is also less tiring for the rider.
Last thing: I find that the game doens't update the schemes for the big Stage Races or the World Championships. It should do so again, as in previous years, because the same Tour de France every year doesn't make sense, nor does a W.C. in Copenhagen every year.
I really hope you all concur with me on these suggestions, 'cause I think they will improve the sensation of the game from the management point of view (the game is not called Pro Cycling MANAGER for nothing)

Improving the management part of the game. That's what we want to see, instead of better graphics that are only available for 'super'computers...
