PCM-Portugal community suggestions - news and newspapers

Hi to all. I'm one of the administrator of the Portuguese community PCM-Portugal, and we've collected some suggestions, which we will post in some topics, according to each game part, to avoid a large number of "one line suggestions".

We have the following suggestion regarding the news and newspapers part, in career mode:
- Choose the news we receive. Each news has an item (races, teams, transfers, etc), and if we don't want to receive news from some item we can unsubscribe. That way we can avoid filling our mailbox with news we're not interested. Newspaper could be more complex, containing more information and rumours.
