Hi to all. I'm one of the administrator of the Portuguese community PCM-Portugal, and we've collected some suggestions, which we will post in some topics, according to each game part, to avoid a large number of "one line suggestions".
We have the following suggestion regarding the sponsors and objectives part, in career mode:
- Deeper contact with sponsors, and bigger differentiation between teams that are more nation based (such as Liquigas, which has many Italian riders) and others which are like a "multi-national" (like Radioshack), that mainly sign riders based on quality criteria.
- Private talks with the leaders and important riders, to choose personal and team objectives. Conjugation of those in the sponsors objectives. In reality teams also have goals different than those of the sponsors (e.g.: Liquigas asking Basso to win the Giro, Nibali to go for the Tour podium or Sagan to win 1 day races).
- Objectives for more modest teams: riding in breakaways for some kms, or reaching the "x km to go" line, when in a stage race. If the Combativity Award is included, the sponsor could ask for it as an objective.
- Possibility of objective changing when bad luck strikes (fall or withdrawing).
- Media should have more impact during the career. A bigger interaction could be implemented, when there would be the discussion of the team expectations, the races in which the team wants to perform and the riders itselves.
