PCM-Portugal community suggestions - manager profile

Hi to all. I'm one of the administrator of the Portuguese community PCM-Portugal, and we've collected some suggestions, which we will post in some topics, according to each game part, to avoid a large number of "one line suggestions".

We have the following suggestion regarding the manager profile part, in career mode:

Inclusion of a profile with all the information (name, age, etc). Option to choose favourite races and riders. As the seasons pass the profile could show the most important results and achievements, as well as the rankings (like a Hall of Fame). Managers should also have reputation, which could be calculated from its popularity, interaction with media and sponsors, with objectives achievement, finances management, etc.
Teams could be able to sack their managers, if unhappy with results, finances or bad management. So it would be possible for a player to move to these teams, if both parts are interested.

actually, a cycling-team manager is the owner of a team, it's extremly rare to see a men sack himself it could be possible that a manager from another team decide to retire and in this case, it would b possible to repleace him (like the rabobank team wich have change of manager a lot of time), but comme back to the odd previous system with the manager that are hired by a team is irrealistic and pointless. Epecially with this new sponsoring system...
