Any changes on the sponsors? Will it be renewable ?

There has been some bug fixes on the sponsor, but the feature is globally the same. Sponsor are not renewable in the version 1.0.0.0 of the game, but it is scheduled for a patch. When the feature will be done, career won't have to start from 0 to have it, it will apply in every season.

Are the goals more adapted to the team level ?

We improved the objectives system with the apparition of Continental teams and the x.2 races. The goals will then be a litte more adapted.

Will it be possible in PCM2012 to adjust goals during a season, taking into account injuries, falls, team and riders performance, and so on?

No, the goals are given by the sponsors at the start of the season, no matter your bad luck or your good performances. The sponsors choose the races that they think you can win, then you do what you can.
