Crash on Game load

When I open the game and hit the "load game" or "load recent save" the game crashes to the desktop. Starting a new career and other modes works, but I can't load a game...

Please reset the settings of Pro Cycling Manager 2012:

1. Click the Windows Start button then on the Windows username link present at the top right above Documents.
2. Open the folder AppData (*) then the folder Roaming and delete the folder Pro Cycling Manager 2012.
3. Click the Windows Start button then Documents and delete the folder Pro Cycling Manager 2012.

(*) The AppData folder is an hidden folder by default. To view this folder, click Organize from the top left then Folder and search options.
Click the View tab and check 'Show hidden files, folders and drives' under 'Hidden files and folders' in the 'Advanced Settings' window.
Click the OK button.

Please configure Pro Cycling Manager 2012 in order the run the game in administrator mode:

1. Click Windows Start button then Computer.
2. Open Local Disk (C:).
3. Open the Program Files or the Program Files (x86) folder.
4. Open the Steam folder then the Steamapps folder.
5. Open the Common folder then the Pro Cycling Manager 2012 folder.
6. Right mouse click PCM.exe application file and click Properties.
7. Click Compatibility tab and check 'Run this program as an administrator'.
8. Click the OK button and run the game.

Before any uninstall, please check in your [mydocuments]\Pro Cycling Manager 2012\Users\[your login]\Database\Solo\[yourdb]\ folder if you can see any empty .cdb file (with size 0 Ko). Sometimes, the save is corrupted during a crash and it may lock your folder until you don't remove the corrupted file.

Note that if you corrupt one of your career save, you can still find backup files in [mydocuments]\Pro Cycling Manager 2012\Weeklysaves\, so you won't have to restart from scratch.
