Pro Cycling Manager

The game crashes when loading a 3d race i get a message saying the game has encountered a problem and needs to close. I have lowered the graphics settings, reinstalled twice and updated my drivers but it still crashes. Can someone help?

WINDOWS VISTA/WINDOWS 7
1. Click Windows Start button or press Windows and R keys.
2. Type DXDIAG in the Search bar (bottom left) or in Run window and press Enter key.

System tab: Windows version, processor model (Processor) and the amount of RAM memory (Memory).
Display tab: name of the graphics controller (Name) and the driver date (Date).
Audio tab: name of the audio controller (Name) and the driver date (Date).

The error message says

Please install the latest version of Microsoft DirectX 9 (June 2010) for Windows XP/Windows Vista/Windows 7:

1. Click http://www.filehippo.com/download_directx/
2. Click Download Latest Version link.
3. Save directx_Jun2010_redist.exe application file on the hard disk.
4. Once download done, run directx_Jun2010_redist.exe application file and click Yes.
5. Enter C:\TMP to extract files in the (C:) local disk in the TMP folder.
6. Once extraction done, open My Computer or Computer then (C:) local disk.
7. Open TMP folder and run DXSETUP.exe application file.
8. Once DirectX updated, delete the TMP folder.

I updated directx but the game still crashes with the same error

The error message mentions the file d3d9.dll so i cheked dxdiag and it says
d3d9.dll Version: 5.03.2600.5601 Date: 13/05/2008
Is that the correct version?

Sound: USB audio device Driver date: 26/06/2012

What is this USB audio device? Do you have an USB headset?
Can you unplug this USB audio device in order to run the game using the integrated audio controller?

The usb aduio device is some speakers and how do i run the game using the integrated audio controller???

If you unplug the USB audio device, the integrated audio controller is automatically activated.
Please try the game using integrated audio controller and check if you get the same problem.

I unplugged the audio device and it still crashes with same error message.

Please run Pro Cycling Manager 2012 in order to reproduce the issue then:

1. Click Windows Start button and click My Documents.
2. Open the folder Pro Cycling Manager 2012.
3. Open the file Pro Cycling Manager 2012.log (which is the game event log) using the Notepad of Windows.
4. Post the game event log content here.
