No activation key PCM 2011

I just bought Pro Cycling Manager 2011 from bol.com (Dutch internet company).
I got the game today. It was sealed and I unpacked it. I installed the game and read the manual.
There should be an activation key on the back of my manual.
But there isn't one!!
I have 2 manuals (they are both in Dutch!?). And on none of those manuals is there a key. I only see a picture of Eddy Merckx and Tom Boonen.
Probably the key is on the French manual? On the DVD-case I see there should be a Dutch and French manual. But I do have 2 Dutch manuals.
I got full proof of payment, I have the official CD and the official manuals, but I can not play since I have no key.
What can I do!?
Please help!
