Terrible lag in stages with water

Hello,

Normally, I am able to run PCM on full graphics with my Asus K52SM laptop, however there seems to be a problem in stages with huge areas of water, even with all graphic settings on 0 and "Reflection in water" turned off. While in 3D, the game lag for periods and it ruins the game play totally.
The problem has been noted on these stages:
Milan - San Remo
Tour of Oman, stage 3
... and I also noted in some custom stages I've made with water in them.

I am not the only one with this problem. Take a look at this thread on PCM.daily: http://pcmdaily.com/forum/viewthread.ph ... ost_543272

A user made a video to describe the problem: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=66hoAuXLsQc

I expect Cyanide to investigate this issue as it is incredibly frustrating to play a whole stage with lag.

I'm also suffering this issue, here's my dxdiag info:

System tab:
Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601)
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU Q 720 @ 1.60GHz (8 CPUs), ~1.6GHz
Memory: 6144MB RAM

Display tab:
Name: AMD Radeon HD 6500M/5600/5700 Series (1GB dedicated, 2GB shared)
Driver date: 3/9/2012 07:14:42, 958464 bytes

Sound tab:
Name: Speakers (IDT High Definition Audio)
Driver date: 22/07/2010

Please look into this problem. My computer runs PCM perfectly at relatively high FPS when in stages without/with less ocean/lakes.
