Why is it saying this?

Patch 1.2 worked fine for me yesterday, today i loaded up PCM 2012, and it updated to 1.3. When i got ingame this message appeared.

I have also tried manually installing 1.3 via the instructions from this webpage, still does not work.

Any one can help me ?

It was due to the server maintenance. If everything is alright, the message isn't displayed anymore.

Although, Armada still doesn't work for me.
