Pro Cycling Manager

When booting the game I get the screen which allows me to select play configurations and so forth, but when I click on play it will give the error: This application cannot be run under debugger. Deactivate all active debuggers and run the application again.
If the error recurs, press "Error report" and send the report to product technical support.
I have tried running it as admin as well as using other accounts and rebooting but nothing seems to help.
Is there a solution for this error?

We need information about your hardware configuration:

1. Click Windows Start button or press Windows and R keys.
2. Type DXDIAG in the Search bar (bottom left) or in Run window and press Enter key.

System tab: Windows version, processor model and the amount of RAM memory.
Display tab: name of the graphics controller and the driver date.
Audio tab: name of the audio controller and the driver date.
