Waiting for connection...

Everytime when I want to start a new game (no matter if carrer, race) it goes to "Waiting for connection..." and than nothing more happens.
To test I installed it on another PC and there it worked fine.
What could be the problem/reason?

Please run PCM13 and start a new game.
At the message "Waiting for connection...", please press the keys ALT and F4 in order to quit the game.
Then please post the game log:
Open your Documents then the folder Pro Cycling Manager 2013.
Open the file Pro Cycling Manager 2013.log with the Notepad.
