[RESOLU] Crash au lancement d'une course 3D

Bonjour,

J'ai systématiquement un crash lors d'un lancement d'une course 3D (Road.....)
Ma config :
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3210M CPU @ 2.50GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.5GHz
Memory: 4096MB RAM
Available OS Memory: 3974MB RAM
Page File: 1744MB used, 5813MB available
Carte graphique : Nvidia GeForce 635M

Je n'ai plus le crash lorsque je lance le jeux en mode graphique intégré, c'est à dire tout à 0.....
Je ne vois pas d'où vient le pb, j'ai le pilote à jour...

Votre ordinateur portable dispose de deux controleurs graphiques : INTEL HD et NVIDIA GEFORCE.
Le jeu démarre actuellement avec le contrôleur graphique INTEL HD.
Le contrôleur graphique haute performance pour les jeux est le NVIDIA GEFORCE.

Veuillez sélectionner le contrôleur graphique NVIDIA GEFORCE pour jouer à Pro Cycling Manager 2013 :

1. Effectuer un clic droit sur le fond d'écran du Bureau de Windows et cliquer Panneau de configuration NVIDIA.
2. Cliquer Gérer les paramètres 3D en dessous de Paramètres 3D dans 'Sélectionnez une tâche...'.
3. Cliquer l'onglet Paramètres de programme en dessous de 'J'aimerais utiliser les paramètres 3D suivants :'.
4. Cliquer le bouton Ajouter en dessous de '1. Sélectionner un programme à personnaliser :'.
5. Ouvrir le dossier Pro Cycling Manager 2013.
6. Par défaut le jeu est installé dans le Disque Local (C:), Program Files ou Program Files (x86), Cyanide.
7. Pour la version Steam du jeu, le chemin est le Disque Local (C:), Program Files ou Program Files (x86), Steam, SteamApps et common.
8. Sélectionner l'application PCM.exe et cliquer le bouton Ouvrir.
9. Sélectionner 'Processeur NVIDIA hautes performances' en dessous de '2. Sélectionner le processeur graphique préféré pour ce programme :'.
10. Cliquer le bouton Appliquer puis fermer la fenêtre Panneau de configuration NVIDIA et démarrer le jeu.

J'ai bien appliqué la manip mais toujours le crash.....

le jeu crash au chargement de "road geometrique"

et après quelques tests le crash n'a lieu uniquement que sur les étapes du tour de france....

Quelle est la date du pilote de votre contrôleur graphique NVIDIA GEFORCE 635M ?

Sinon veuillez démarrer PCM13 et reproduire le problème.

Ensuite :

1. Ouvrir Documents.
2. Ouvrir le dossier Pro Cycling Manager 2013.
3. Ouvrir le journal du jeu dont le fichier est "Pro Cycling Manager 2013.log" à l'aide du Bloc-Notes de Windows.
4. Poster le contenu du journal dans votre message.

lorsque tu arrives sur le tour en mode carrière ou choisi le de jouer le tour ou une étapes, désactive (met à 0) l'option bâtiments isolés et ça marchera ;)
Pour le reste des courses pour l'instant pas de soucis
