Pro Cycling Manager

I am new to PCM forums, however I have been playing via PC since 2007 season. Please can someone help me understand why I am not profiting from my winnings? In the 2012 season, I could see my winnings increase for winning a stage, or top 3 at least, this is not happening in the '13 season, nevertheless i am getting debited at the start of each month.

Please Help.
