I can't complete the 'Track' achievements 'Sprint' and 'Keirin'. I did exactly what I need to do (according to the explanation). Are these achievements bugged?

Same here. I do the exact things specified in the achievement, but it won't unlock.

I encountered similar problems, but not only in the track, also for the career mode! I completed about 8 objectives, but the proper boxes were not ticked! Seems there are quite a number of bugs in the achievements...
