I remember you saying that it would be possible to ban riders before starting a career. But I cannot find the feature?

I have one more question which I REALLY hope that you guys will answer. What do you think the minimum amount of teams can be? There are 41 teams in the Continental Tour. Would it be okay to have only 20 teams? Where do you think the limit is before ruining the game?

One more question: will you add/delete any columns in the next patches?
