Startup Crash

Hi!
I have a problem, I just bought the PCM 13 game and have istalled it on my computer. But I have never got it to start...
It only comes so far as the first page with the play button,Manual, technical support and etc.
When I press Play the screen turns white for about 1 second as it would start up but then gets back to normal desktop view...

I have print screened the "CrashReport" in Documents --> PCM map.
