Fix economy system

I have most of pro cycling managers and I know the economy system is one of the worst things of the game. But this year I really cant understand it.

First, if you have, per example, 300k for salaries, no matter if you use 40k or 300k, you will always lose the same money when when hiring the same staff...

Second, next season there you will have the same sponsor and you will lose the same, you can negociate nothing, and if you promote is the same...

Please fix or give my money back.

You can increase your money with an editor, for example : PCM Fast editor. After, you put 500 000k and it will be good.

Yes but not funny, i want a good economy system, i dont matter about graphics plz give me a good manager!!!

Many gamers wish these improvements, every year there are a lot of peaople who are disappointed.

Personally, i wait really the "suggestions forum" because now it seems determiner for the game...

This is a manager so I think they will have to improve manager options, but they always give more important to race live, and i know no people that like to play races live, we would never end a season!!!

You can play in economy 'easy' mode at the start of the career. It will give you a monthly extramoney that should do the trick. Then you'll have to make results.

I ok, i finish 1º in superprestige and could pay 100k to staff. But in last 3 moths I have a negative balance of 300k. I know I can fire the staff in that moths but...

Please fix it.

Started another game. Got 40k for salaries and only sign young riders, for thinking on future. I only sign a trainer 8k/moth. First month im in the red. I lost 25k/month.

This is totally normal that you are in red in the first month of the years. The money from the results is among the most important resources for your team.

It's not possible to lose 25 000 € in one month, unless you spend it on stages, free agents, equipments or in a businessman ??

Note that there is no gameover anymore, this is not a problem to be in negative in the early month.
