Crash when loading 3d race

The game crashes when loading any 3d stage i have tried lowering graphics and it still crashed. Here is my dxdiag info

Please lower the graphics settings:

1. Run PCM14 and click Options.
2. Under the tab Display device, set (move the button) the preset Level to 1 (Low).
3. Click the button Confirm then the button Ok.
