[ONGOING] Loading between road intersection geometries

My game loading beetween road intersection geometries and road geometries. It can take 5 minutes to start a 3D race. Can you guys help me.

The minimum required for PCM14 is an Intel HD 3000 (second generation of Intel HD) graphics controller.
The Intel HD (first generation) graphics controller is not supported, not designed for gaming.
This laptop is for business.

Maybe the game can run with recent drivers.
