Hi

So i bought pcm 14 today in a store on a cd so not on steam.
There a code on the manuel called 'product code'
I used that code to activate the game and it worked.
But when I create a profile on pcm 14 and i put that same code in the player key bar and i go to multyplayer,
it says "player key not found".
I have typped the key correctly and that key is the only key i have.

Please help me

Same problem here. Bought Online activation and installed game. Singe game works fine, but Multiplayer is not reacheble - 'player key was not found' is responce.

How to get player key?

It seems that you do not have the latest game version (you should have an game auto-update notification when you run the game).

Otherwise, please download and install the update 1.1.0.1 for PCM14:

1. Click http://support.focus-home.fr/Setup-Patc ... .0.0.0.zip
2. Save the file Setup-Patch-1.1.0.1-From-1.0.0.0.zip.
3. Once the download done, open the file Setup-Patch-1.1.0.1-From-1.0.0.0.zip.
4. Open the application Setup-Patch-1.1.0.1-From-1.0.0.0.exe.
5. Follow the instructions.

i am suffering from this issue as well. im running the steam version of the game, manual patching did update the game version, but it did not solve the issue. attempting to enter multiplayer mode still gives the message "the player key was not found".
please let me know if you need further information to fix this issue.
