This is not an error.
If you look closely you will see that some riders, including Team Sky, does not have the right names:
Benos Swat, Gerald Pomas, Boassin Higgins, Bradley Waggons etc...

Cyanide studios just does not have the license to use their real names.
This always existed in the PCM serie.

Some database will be soon released by modders to get a "real name database" or you can try to do it yourself
