Pro Cycling Manager

I have a problem with my Pro Cycling Manager 2014. I´ve installed the game correctly, but I click Play, I can´t, because my MSVCP100.dll file is missing. I´ve searched the file on Internet, I found it, I've put it in C/Windows/System32 and also in the game folder, but still doesn´t let me play. Do you have any solutions? I´ve also installed Microsoft Visual C+ + 2010 x86 but I don´t know where. here, a person said that you have to open the program and follow instructions, but I can´t open the program because I don´t know where it´s installed.

If the library MSVCP100.DLL is missing when running PCM14, please download and install Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x86 Redistributable library:

1. Click http://support.focus-home.fr/PCM14_vcredist_x86.exe
2. Save the application PCM14_vcredist_x86.exe.
3. Once the download done, run the application and follow the instructions.
